Tatum is the pracitce owner. She is a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist with over 12 years' experience in the health and fitness industry having worked in private practice, hospital, aged care and gym settings.
She combines both her qualifications to use both a hands-on and exercise-based approach to manage injuries and conditions.
Tatum runs a number of rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, HIIT and Pilates-style group exercise classes and is able to adapt each class to suit the individual needs of each participant.
She has clinical interests in musculoskeletal injuries/conditions as well as chronic disease management, weight loss, targeted strength and conditioning, and injury prevention.
Head Sports Trainer
John is a co-owner of the pracice and has been the Office Manager and Head Sports Trainer for the past five years.
If he isn't at the practice, you will generally find him working with our affiliate sporting teams, coaching tennis, or with his two young children.
Kane is a Physiotherapist with interests in all musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and conditions. He has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and return to their full functional capacity. He believes in adopting a client-centred approach by providing education to help people understand their injuries to best achieve desired outcomes.
Kane has a significant sporting background, having played senior football in the SANFL, as well as playing and coaching a high level of tennis.
Lucy is a mum of three boys, with a strong nursing and customer service background. She will greet you with a smile as you enter the practice and is always happy to have a chat and a laugh in the waiting room.
